Excellent, soft baby donuts - fun to watch them be made! Had a vanilla steamer too - cute local shop!

Fun place! My kids ages 8 and 10 loved it. The building is adorable and it is fun to watch the donuts being made. Employees were nice too. We tried both the cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar varieties and both were delicious. My only complaint is that the donuts are very small and very expensive. A 1/2 dozen donuts really amounts to a single donut more or less. The business would not survive with that pricing if they weren't in a resort. That said, we all loved Sugar Lips. Cute and tasty.

This place is so awesome. Even the air is ethereal. Little lard clouds of happiness. Very fun crew working. I am sitting here now enjoying my cappuccino while my kids inhale dozens of mini donuts. Great place to get a sugar buzz before the slopes.

OH MY GOSH - A MAZING!!!! They are small little fat rings of HEAVEN! TOTALLY WORTH THE CALORIES! I recommend just the cinnamon sugar traditional topping OR the s'mores! I had both and they are both amazing! I recommend getting a dozen (FOR YOURSELF) and do 1/2 cinnamon sugar and 1/2 s'mores!

Oh, my! Hot little donuts covered in cinnamon that taste like churros! They are made fresh right in front of you and they taste amazing hot when it's 7 degrees out. Cheap, $6 something for a dozen. Friendly service. A must to try in Copper Village.

I saw it on man vs food or eat street or some tv food show. A little pricey like $6 for 6 mini donuts, but it tastes fantastic! Fresh, hot, mini donuts made in front of you and you can add nutella and chocolate drizzle. Yum Yum. Wish they had more locations. A must try if you are in the area.

The donuts (doughnuts) here are AWESOME. We get the mixed dozen - sugar/cinnamon and the powdered sugar. They make them right there in front of you! Would give 5 stars but the staff is hit or miss. The one girl (cute, slender, blonde ~30s) was fantastic. She gave us a bakers dozen and was sweet and polite. The other gal that worked (~20s) not so much. She acted as though we were bothering her and that she was not happy to be working. Good thing we only had to deal with her once out of the 5 days when we were in Copper. When the ski season starts up again, and we return, we are hoping for the Blonde gal. :) We didn't opt for the sauce - honestly the doughnuts don't need it.

Freshly made donuts are always a hit with me! I stopped in to take a break from the daily Jack's meal and was glad I did. You can order 6 or 12 and they come with powdered sugar. But you can get a sauce for $1.50 extra I think it was? I ordered with chocolate sauce and the sugar and they were tasty. They also offer tea and coffee drinks, but I didn't try any. Oh, and they have some sundae thing that looked good, but wayyyyy too sweet for me. The inside is cute; it is like a little french cafe or something. If you're in the area, then you should check them out.

Watching the little doughnuts floating down their assembly line on the fryer to a destiny of powdered sugar or cinnamon/sugar was pretty enchanting... dance of the sugar plum pastries... whimsical is another word I'd use. But what isn't awesome when you're on vacation anyway? Sure waiting outside wasn't the best part of our visit here, but it was definitely worth the wait for a dozen of these tiny bite-sized treasures.

I love this place. The donuts are fresh and made right in front of you. They're incredibly nice here,I was even recognized months later and asked how my family was. I read a review it's a little over priced but it is worth it in my opinion.

I'm born and raised in Colorado, and know how important the ski industry is to our economy, the good and the not so nice come with this, it is a volatile industry. I also know how risky it is to open a small business. The owners of Sugar Lips are amazing, and incredibly creative people. Seriously, skiing and donuts?! Brilliant! Nutella on donuts? S'mores? Yes please!!! YUMMY! I have also been in the tourist service industry for the past ten years, and can attest that that those of us in the industry put up with a lot of crap from customers. We are human. I have an extremely high standard for those also in the industry, and expect nothing but the best, and the two at SL are amazing! Working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day? (it would get to the best of us thick skin industry workers) Amazing! They always have a smile they have on their faces! As well, as a small business with only two people is tough work! The hours of operation are perfect (I for one cannot be on the slopes all day, and need a break!) And they handle all the stress brilliantly! The charm of the place, the people, and the fact that they are environmentally conscious with their products, small local business, community supporters, and dog friendly will keep me coming back to Sugar Lips! Bravo!!!!!

Hands down, best doughnuts in Summit County. The many flavors offered are accompanied by excellent service and a great selection of beverages. It's an awesome place to grab a snack in between runs.

I would eat at Sugar Lips Mini Donuts when they attended the Civic Center Eats on Tuesday all this summer. The shop owner Jasmine made a bold decision to move to Copper Mountain and just recently got approval to open up shop mid-January. Sunday morning rolls around and after 2 1/2 hours of "glorious" traffic I needed something to make me sweet again --- cue Sugar Lips. I didn't know exactly where they were located (pretty much right near the lake) in an adorable log cabin. The store is decorated in a funky french country style that somehow works very well with the exposed logs. I ordered a dozen Nutella mini donuts with powdered sugar and a coffee. My friend and I split the donuts and drank from the same coffee (yeah we are gross like that). Not only was the food spectacular but my grand total was below $7 including a tip to the proprietor. So, if you are at Copper and in need of a sweet treat or breakfast (like me) stop in and see Jasmine.

The best! The owner makes the miniature donuts right in front of your eyes, so you know they're fresh. She's very friendly and they donuts are to die for. Soooo good.

I dare you to make it past this little cabin in the middle of Copper Village when you smell these delicious little donuts. I ended up here on afternoon when I couldn't seem to get an Irish Coffee. It may not have had the "Irish" but it was a fresh cup of coffee with freshly made snack dough nuts. I originally intended to eat them on the way back down the mountain on the Front Range Ski Bus, but somehow they all disappeared before the bus arrived, and the bus was on time.

Great coffee, friendly service, and the donuts, good lord the donuts! The deep fryer conveyor belt is so cool, and the donuts, good lord the donuts! Wait... Have I mentioned the donuts? We tried the cinnamon sugar, chocolate, and vanilla varieties. I would eat the vanilla all day long if it weren't snowing and if I wasn't here for some riding. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm at Copper.

Although they are a little expensive I absolutely love these donuts! There is something about their crispy texture but soft innards that make them divine. I had half of mine covered with s'mores toppings. The other half were covered with Nutella. I highly recommend them if you're in the area.

Can't believe we only stopped by here on the way out of town. We went with a dozen mini donuts (mix of powdered and cinnamon sugar) and they were delicious! I've never had a fresh donut before but now I'll be comparing all donuts to that! We'll be going here again next year!

Tasty fresh mini donuts, but on the expensive side. $4.50 for a half dozen, and an extra dollar for special toppings?? The donuts were pretty small, so a half dozen (actually I was given 8) didn't amount to much.
